1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers who buy online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase

within 14 calendar days from the date they or a third party indicated by

them receive the product.

2. Health and Hygiene Exception

Because test kits may be sealed products connected to health, hygiene, sample

handling, or test integrity, returned kits must be unused, unopened, complete,

and in their original sealed packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be

returned for health protection or hygiene reasons after they have been

unsealed.

3. Return Condition

Returned products must be:

• unused;
• unopened and sealed;
• complete, including all components and instructions;
• returned in the original packaging;
• not damaged after delivery.

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or where the legal

health/hygiene exception applies.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be

processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund timing may depend on the payment provider and the consumer's bank.

5. Return Shipping

Unless required otherwise by applicable law or agreed separately, the customer

is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, contact us

photos where relevant. We will review the case and provide a replacement,

refund, or other legal remedy where applicable.
